Basic data on part 13 Bankruptcy
1. part 13 Bankruptcy is also known as wage earner's bankruptcy. Why? It is because one of the main requirements in filing this type of bankruptcy is a carport source of income. A stream of earnings is important since this will ensure that the consumer will be able to keep up with his monthly charges to moderately conclude his existing credit obligations
2. part 1 Bankruptcy is also known as Reorganization Bankruptcy. The calculate for this is that filers for this type of bankruptcy will be allowed to restructure their debts. Through this arrangement, a consumer will be allowed to use his hereafter earnings to guarantee the reimbursement of his excellent credit balances under the management of the bankruptcy courts.
3. part 13 Bankruptcy requires filers to propose debt reimbursement plans. A filer for part 13 Bankruptcy must come up with a credit reimbursement plan. Such plan provides data on how the consumer intends to pay off his credit accounts within three to five years. The plan will also feature relatively lower rates of interest to allow the bankruptcy filer to thoroughly retire his credit obligations within the agreed upon period of time.
4. The reimbursement amount in part 13 Bankruptcy will depend on three major factors. First, it will depend on the monthly earnings of the bankruptcy filer. The consumer must come up with a debt reimbursement plan in lieu of his monthly income. This way he can pledge a realistic amount that he can afford to pay each month. Second, the total money owed. It is also important to consider the total amount owed by the filer as this will conclude the value of his monthly installments, as well as the distance of time it will take him to thoroughly pay off his credit charges. And third, a notice of the unsecured credit accounts that the consumer has incurred. This needs to be carefully carefully so that the consumer can meet the requirements of his unsecured credit inventory providers.
Who Files for part 13 Bankruptcy?
Now let us identify which consumers often file for part 1 Bankruptcy. Absolutely most filers for this type of bankruptcy are those individuals who do not wish to lose their assets to liquidation. These borrowers would rather pay their debts thoroughly rather than have their significant possessions taken and sold to pay for their credit balances. So they enter agreements to conclude their credit charges under a more relaxed reimbursement program.
The New Bankruptcy Law also gives important provisions regarding the individuals who are eligible to file for part 13 Bankruptcy. Agreeing to the Bankruptcy Act of 2005, consumers who have incurred not more than ,010,650 in secured debts and 6,900 in unsecured debts are suited to file for reorganization bankruptcy.

One of the former distinctions in the middle of America and most every other country in the world is our confidence in human rights. We hold a clear position in our confidence that all men are created equal with clear unalienable proprietary that were endowed to all men upon their birth.
So what is the meaning of "unalienable right" as used in the announcement of Independence? Unalienable means something that cannot be transferred or assigned (given to another). In this case we are carefully "endowed" as being part of us that cannot be separated. These proprietary are also known as natural rights. proprietary derived from nature and not granted by any government.

It is also understood that proprietary come with responsibilities. We know that the right of free time of speech comes with the accountability to use that right without infringing upon others. We have all heard the saying that free time of speech does not give you the right to yell fire in a crowded theater. Although this saying is partly precise the truth is you authentically Do have the right to say it, but you also bear the accountability for How you use it.

An expansion of the proprietary and accountability position is that the accountability is located upon the someone enjoying the right. In the above scenario Jack could not be held accountable for Tom yelling fire in the theater. Every right is predicated upon the duty of the individual to use that right unless and until it infringes on the right of another.
Each and every right has a direct bearing upon the operator of that right. The someone bears the cost of enjoying that right as well as the advantage that it entails. For instance; we have the right to free time of press. We can write and/or read anything we may wish to but we must purchase, burrow, or otherwise legally procure that item. We have the right to freely move about the country any time we want but we do so by our own means.
Should we as a citizenry, because we have the right to free time of the press, quiz, that the government purchase our books for us? We have the right to keep and bear arms; should the government supply them to us? We have the right to voyage freely about the country. Should the government also supply us a "free" means of transportation?
The riposte in each and every one of these is a resounding No. First of all our proprietary do not come from the government, the government is only supposed to safe our proprietary from being unjustly taken from us. anything the government provides the government can take away and therefore it is not a right.
There are those who say that "universal health care" is a right, but how can that be? I would agree that each and every someone in this nation should have equal entrance to health services. And just as I cannot afford a million dollar mansion, I purchase what I can afford. Because I cannot afford to eat steak and lobster every day I make due with hamburger and lunch meat. I do not begrudge the someone who has earned a living and can afford more, good for them.
And because I cannot afford to fly to the Mayo clinic to receive the best inherent health care I go to my local doctor and get what I can afford. Most population forget that a mere fifty years ago, (less time in many places), there was no health insurance. We bought and paid for health care from what we earned and we paid as best we could. And we went only when we authentically had to.
Of procedure health care costs were much lower back then before the government got complicated with regulating every aspect of our "care." There is not one government department in existence today that runs efficiently in spite of the trillions of dollars the government takes from us each year. Do we authentically want the same government that has bankrupt the nation to also add another layer of costs to an already out of operate industry?
I have heard from many liberal organizations that they want the government out of the bedroom and their laws off their bodies. They state that population should be free to do with their bodies what they will and they do not want to have government interfere in what they see as their "right."
I would have to say for the most part I agree with that logic. And using that logic I can also say that even though I do not agree with a person's lifestyle or choices I believe they have the right to do as they will as long as it does not infringe upon the proprietary of another. That being said; a right also has its responsibilities. If a someone wishes to engage in behavior that puts them at risk for contracting a deadly virus, dealing with pregnancy, overdosing, or any of the myriad of dangers that await us in life, they also must bear the cost. As Andrew Wilkow, Sirius Radio talk show host says quite often, "Your free time to be you includes my free time to be free from you." It is the individual who is responsible for the decisions they make and the rest of community is not and should not be responsible for their care.
Remember, health care is not "free" someone has to pay for it. That someone is me, my neighbor, Joe the plumber and every other hard working American. The money we earn is our asset and asset proprietary is a right. Why should I and the rest of us have to pay for others reckless behavior? This is an infringement on Our rights.
The quiz, then arises; if a someone has a right to universal health care then whose accountability is it to pay for it? Remember, proprietary and responsibilities go hand in hand. And by establishing those that have a accountability to pay for another's right you form a class system which further divides our country.
We authentically have a version of universal health care in existence today; it's called the Veteran's association (Va) medical System. This system takes care of the medical needs of the troops veterans of our nation. I have used this system personally and have found that, for the most part, a someone can get sufficient medical care. Of procedure you have long lead times, some times a month out, before you can get in to see someone and most often it will not be a doctor but a physician's assistant. They are always crowded with waiting times to pick up prescriptions of sometimes more than hour and some visits as long as four hours total.
The Va, as with every other government department today, is mired in red tape. Each and every operation of the staff has a specified procedure that must be followed to ensure all is done a clear way. There is no deviation from the prescribed list. When I was first seen at a Va hospital for injuries to my back I received in Afghanistan the "list" required that I be seen by the bodily Therapy unit. I was given pain drugs and muscle relaxers. Next on the list was spinal injections and then the referral to the neurologists.
Then in the middle of my rehabilitation my job required that I move. I checked in to my new Va medical center to continue my care. The new doctor saw my chart but could not send me directly to the neurologist, oh no, I had to first be seen by the bodily therapists, more pain pills, spinal injections, etc. This is what the list says must be done, even though I had already gone through the list at the last hospital; it had to be done by "their" staff.
A year later I moved again to another Va hospital thousands of miles away. I checked in and through the modern miracle of computers my file was transferred and all was wonderful. Well, after another round of bodily therapy, more drugs, spinals, etc. I was then able to see the neurologist who looked at my cat scans and pronounced that I had authentically ruptured two discs in my back and one in my neck. However, because the inter-spatial length in the middle of the discs hdd not reduced to a specified dimension they were not allowed to operate to fix the problem. He could tell I was in pain and asked if I wanted more drugs? I asked if the doing would make it so I was no longer in pain and he assured me that in the majority of cases the procedure would take off or greatly diminish the pain I was feeling but he was not allowed to operate because of the procedures the government places on them. It is their position that pain can be mitigated by the use of drugs until such time as the patient's health meets the requirements and that pain was not a factor as that could be controlled by drugs.
This same mentality will be entrenched with any universal healthcare system our government would create. It is the nature of governments to document every minutia of what transpires and the cost to implement and enounce such a system will be astronomical.
Currently in our community many population do not go to their doctor for base colds and sniffles. We go to the pharmacy and get our cold medicines, get abundance of rest, chicken soup, etc. However, if health care is "free" then why would you spend your own money on cold drugs? Just go to the universal health care clinic and get if for free. Heck every time someone stubs their toe they will be at the clinic for their free health care, just get in line. But we won't mind waiting because it's free and the staff won't care how they treat you, after all your not paying for it.
And those who do the right things, exercise, eat healthy, and take care of themselves will have to pay for the burden of those who abuse themselves and the system. Where is the right of these population to not be unjustly burdened with paying for someone else's abuse? Will the government then have to limit caloric intake of obese people? Well they have the police monitoring population to ensure they are not bright in unsafe sexual acts or sharing needles that spread Hiv? What proprietary do those paying for the "free" healthcare have to ensure their money is not being wasted?
If government takes over the health care manufactures what recourse do the citizen's have if something goes wrong? The government cannot be sued if it does not give its consent to be sued. Whether we will end up with no recourse if they block law suits or the flood gates will open if law suits are allowed because the government would have nearly unlimited funds for the ambulance chasers to go after.
As far as proprietary go remember one thing the government does not grant proprietary it can only grant privileges and immunities. Universal health care is a privilege; but as with public Security, in time the public will accept it as a "right". Once it has Universal health care has begun any politician would be committing political suicide to try and take off it once it has been instituted. This would supervene in a permanent entitlement, like public Security, that will growth the national debt to narrative levels that will place time to come generations into debt servitude. As in the immortal words of President Ronald Reagan "a government bureau is the nearest thing to eternal life we'll ever see on this earth."
Not only is Universal health care not a right, it is also something we cannot afford as a nation. Every nation where Universal health care has been implemented it has been deemed a failure. Those that can afford to pay for incommunicable heath care do so or stream out of those nations to come to America to receive the health care they desperately need. The long waiting lists for clear life rescue procedures authentically has population dying while waiting for their turn. So they come to the only vestige of real health care left in the civilized world, America. Let's not screw it up.

We take the staggering technological advances that have been made in the past 50 years for granted. Technology that was once a distant dream is now a part of the fiber and fabric of our culture. A typical American home is equipped with microwaves, cell phones, cordless phones, Pdas, computers, and a wide assortment of technological gadgetry designed to make life easier.
However, what price are we paying for these advances and, more importantly, what price are our children paying for living in a world filled with these power emitting devices?

In spite of the occasional moot on safety, most of us have come to regard cellular phones as fairly harmless. After all, if cell phones were in any way perilous to our health, we would know about it. The sheer accessibility allays any inherent fears about their use. Cigarettes are also widely available but we now know without demand that not only are they harmful to the user but to those colse to the user as well. However, widespread tobacco use went on for hundreds of years before the association in the middle of it and the fatalities it causes was made. Until then, the vast majority of habitancy didn't consider cigarettes, pipes, or any other form of tobacco use hazardous. Are we guilty of being lulled into a similarly false sense of safety about cell phones?

The sass is an emphatic and resounding "Yes."
Before you dismiss that as an alarmist cry of an anti-technology fringe of society, let's take a closer look. Estimates indicate that we are exposed to 100 million times more radiation per day than in our grandparents' generation. Electromagnetic Fields (Emf) are low levels of radiation which are generated by electronic devices. First concerns about radiation were dismissed because of low level of exposure. We learned to live with microwaves because our homes were not filled with other devices. Yet, what is the risk now, when our homes are filled with electronic devices, our cars are powered by micro-computers, we are surrounded by power lines and cell towers, and we spend hours a day with a movable phone held to our ear?
Cellular phones originate a field known as Radio Frequency Radiation (Rf). A whole of studies have closed that Rf from mobile phones poses indispensable condition risk to users, along with headaches, memory loss, autism, brain cancers, leukemia and learning disorders. The Committee on Electromagnetic power - group condition Issues stated in an Australian Government consulation paper that : "Human exposure of radio frequency radiation is most from mobile phone handsets because of the method of use, with the transmitting antenna of the mobile phone handset close to the head. There is evidence that localized hot spots or power deposition in the brain may occur as a consequence of internal reflections." In another study conducted by prominent neurosurgeon, Dr. Leif Salford and colleagues at Lund University in Sweden the data indicated an "unambiguous link in the middle of microwave radiation emitted by Gsm mobile phones (the most common type worldwide) and brain damage in rats." There are hundreds of studies with correlative data indicating that this is far more than an anti-establishment ploy concocted by paranoid believers who fear technology and limited green men.
Just as the data on the dangers of tobacco was inexpressive in plain sight, one need only scratch under the outside to find warnings about cell phone use. Scientists have warned parents to practice caution in providing cell phones to children younger than eight years of age as there is limited known about the ensue of radiation on developing brains. Paul Brodeur, a noted science journalist, was one of the first in the medical community to issue a group alert about the dangers of Emf. Brodeur warned that introducing your body to new soldiery such as Emf created a condition known as "adaptation stress." In this condition the body is sent into chaos as it tries to adapt to the new forces. Brodeur identified symptoms such as fatigue, confusion, lack of attention and focus, headaches, backaches and increased emotional volatility. Is it a coincidence that many of these symptoms which we have come to connect with and label as learning disorders in children have increased dramatically over the past decade?
In another study, conducted by the Spanish Neuro Diagnostic investigate Institute, it was found that a cell phone call lasting only two minutes not only opens the blood-brain wall (in children and adults) allowing toxins into the blood stream which can assault brain cells, but in children that same two limited exposure could disrupt the natural electrical operation of their brain for up to an hour following the call. So alarming was the data that Dr. Gerald Hyland, mobile phone adviser to the British Government, was quoted as saying "If I were a parent I would now be very wary about allowing my children to use a mobile even for a very short period. My guidance would be to avoid mobiles."
The cell phone commerce is targeting the very profitable children's market. Cell phone makers are marketing "Disney phones" and kid-friendly versions with parental controls. The commerce is no longer article to have the adult and teen market, but in nationwide back-to-school campaigns, they aggressively market to tweens and younger.
We may not have all of the answers today, but the data we do have is alarming. How much more evidence do we need before we take the dangers to our children seriously?

Yamaha MCX-2000 MusicCAST Digital Audio Server Specifications
Amazon.com Product Description One of the most persistent challenges of setting up a modern digital audio system is integrating all the various formats and components. Half your music collection may be stored on CD, while the rest is spread between vinyl, MP3, and other formats. That's where the Yamaha MCX-2000 MusicCAST digital audio server comes into play. Not only does the MusicCAST server store up to 40,000 songs on its built-in 160 GB hard drive--making it easy to access your favorite tunes at a moment's notice--but it also converts vinyl records into digital formats while playing XM satellite and Internet radio streams. In short, the MCX-2000 serves as an all-in-one music management system, letting every family member listen to what they want, when they want, at the touch of a button.
Take a closer look at the MCX-2000's rear-panel connections. You can also view the unit's front panel in detail.
Once the server is loaded with music, the MusicCAST system can communicate with up to 15 separate clients--five wirelessly and 10 wired--to play music throughout the house on virtually any type of speaker system. Want to play music on the bedroom or garage speakers without running speaker wire throughout the house? Integrate the server with a MusicCAST MCX-A10 wireless client and a couple of speaker pairs. The full system will give you full access to the server's massive audio catalogue from anywhere in the home. No more installing a portable boombox in the kitchen or settling for certain CDs because your bedroom system doesn't play MP3s. The MusicCAST system--which is essentially a 16-zone multi-room audio warehouse--does it all.
Music storage is really the MCX-2000's specialty, however. The device includes a CD slot that easily uploads songs to the hard drive in their original quality (around 200 hours worth), or converts them to compressed MP3 files (at 160k, 256k, or 320k compression rates) for distribution to the clients. Listeners can also upload songs via external inputs, such as iPods, PCs, and even turntables. Once the songs are loaded, you can stack your CDs and LPs in the closet never to be heard from again, and spend your newfound free time creating tons of versatile playlists for special occasions, parties, or just to meet your mood. And as with traditional CD players and MP3 players, the MCX-2000 offers a host of other playback options, including old standbys random play and repeat play.
The MCX-2000 stores up to 2,000 hours of music on its built-in 160 GB hard drive.
The MusicCAST's radio support extends from FM frequencies to Internet streaming to XM-ready capability. To enjoy the full complement of XM satellite radio stations, listeners will need an XM antenna (sold separately) and a subscription to the service. The Internet streaming, however, is instantly available to anyone who connects the MCX-2000 to the Internet, whether through a wired or wireless connection. The server comes preconfigured with five radio URLs, and it's easy to add others to the list.
As an added bonus, the server can also play back music files from a PC that offers Digital Living Network Alliance (DLNA) compatibility. In other words, PC users won't have to transfer all their MP3, WMA, or other files to the MCX-2000 to enjoy playback through the system. This is especially gratifying for hardcore music fans for whom a 160 GB hard drive just isn't big enough.
File navigation and organization is straightforward and user-friendly thanks to the system's efficient graphical user interface and remote control, which let you quickly scan through artist, album, track, and genre menus gleaned from the CDDB music recognition database. And listeners who won't stand to let a good playlist go to waste will dig the built-in CD recorder, which transfers music at a lightning fast speed to CD for later playback on a car stereo or a friend's system.
Jacks include a wireless IEEE 802.11b/g network protocol for communicating with wireless clients, an Ethernet connection for wired client or Internet hookups, analog and Toslink digital audio inputs and outputs, S-video and composite video outputs for onscreen displays, a PS/2 connection port for connecting a keyboard, and a headphone jack with its own level control.
The MCX-2000 measures 17.12 by 3.75 by 16.06 inches (W x H x D) and is backed by a one-year warranty.
What's in the Box MCX-2000 server, remote control, power cord, user's manual.
